KidZone

Kidzone takes place for the full duration of our main meeting with the exception of some special services where the whole church celebrates together.

Kidzone take place downstairs in the church hall.

Children must be dropped off by their responsible parent or carer before they go to the main meeting and signed in at the Kidzone main desk before our team can take responsibility for their care.

We ask that children are collected immediately after the main meeting has concluded and that they are signed out by the same adult that dropped them off.

The Kidzone team at CVM have all been DBS checked and have completed basic safeguarding training as well as our own bespoke training which covers safegarding and risk-assessment specific to our community and building.

The team are all well known and trusted adults in our community and have been part of the church for a significant time.

We plan all elements of KidZone to ensure that the children are able to thrive in a safe, happy environment. If you have any questions please reach out to Rachel our KidZone Coordinator, Joe the Safeguarding Lead or Ross and Julie our senior Pastors - all of whom would be happy to listen.

In any given Kidzone session we always look to incorporate:

• Musical worship with dance

• Bible Story

• Prayer time

• Creative time / Crafts

• Group games

• A range of toys to play with

• Snack and drink
