Senior Pastors

Ross is half of our Senior leadership team and widely known as the king of feasting and master of cables - Ross is a perpetual powerhouse of productivity, an unstoppable bouncing Tigger of a man and awesome teacher of all things Biblical.

Julie is the ‘better 3/4’ of our Senior leadership team. She’s a singer, songwriter, theologian, children’s worker, admin rockstar, lover of photography and general legend - there are very few things that Julie can’t turn her hand to and she’s one of the most amazing people you’ll ever meet - we love her lots.

Joe

A self-confessed pie connoisseur - Joe enjoys the finer aspects of hip-hop, electronica and soulful music. When he’s not eating or dancing, he also likes to sketch, draw, paint and animate.

Lucy coordinates our Children’s compassion ministry ‘Kidstuff’ and has helped over 1,000 families and children across Greater Manchester in the last few years. She is also a Children’s and Families worker at the Oasis Centre in Whitefield and Governor at a local primary school.

If there’s a cake / dessert going begging, a door that needs to be unlocked, a wardrobe to carry down 5 flights of stairs or a conversation in need of sound advice then Paul’s your man - dedicated, present and always up for a laugh

If you like rotas then you’ll love Rachel, she’s one of the most organised and deep-thinking leaders at CVM, hugely invested in people and with a real passion to see children and young people at our church thrive.

A strategic mastermind with a deep theological understanding and passion for seeing the Kingdom come - Edina is an excellent sounding board and coach. She is also an advocate for local sustainability and community groups.

(Reception - Year 5)

If Kidzone was the Muppet Show then Ben would be The Amazing Gonzo - not because he has fireworks on his rollerskates or likes to do death-defying stunts but because Ben throws himself into everything he does and creates a fun environment for our kids

Kes has a real heart for God and when she shares words and pictures everyone listens. A gentle servant with a heart on fire. Kes loves to create a safe, fun environment for all our kids.

When Sandra is serving in Kidzone expect to hear laughter and screams of joy - whether it’s playdoh, crafts, ball games or something completely different, fun is guaranteed.

As the youngest serving member of the KidZone team Emily brings all the ‘slay’ ‘yass queen’ and ‘mochachocolatee’ coffee shop banter chat that a group of children could dream of. She’s also loads of fun, an incredible musician and worship leader.

Solenne brings a thoughtful, well considered safe and gentle brand of fun to KidZone. She’s excellent at coming up with crazy new games involving big props and has amazing ideas.

(Year 6 - Year 11)

Lianna brings the fun to YouthZone, armed with the knowledge or more game knowledge than the head designer at Hasbro.

With her wealth of Biblical knowledge you never know what to expect and for youth who are easily distracted this is perfect.

Phil is an experienced youth worker who is not afraid to get messy. When Phil is leading he finds ways to make sure everyone feels heard and keeps the fun as a high priority.

Stefan is an excellent teacher with a heart to see our Youth really getting a strong grasp of Biblical principles by digging deep into scripture. He’s also unbeatable at Pokemon TCG - think we’re joking? Ask him for a game!

With a wealth of experience in Church leadership and strategic leadership, Ross is well positioned to both lead our Church alongside his wife Julie and work well with the team of Trustees.

A powerful worship leader, business owner and wise counsel - Wayne has a breadth of experience inside and outside of church and asks good questions - encouraging our Church leadership to make wise decisions

Joe

An experienced leader and developer of people, Joe brings a passion for people to the Trustees, working with other members to ensure that we are raising tomorrows leaders, today.

Paul has a strong heart for mission and compassion. His business and charity knowledge helps ensure we make good decisions and remain both compliant and on track.

Edina

As a coach and strategist Edina offers invaluable skills and insight. She supports the church in activating vision, enabling mission and a healthy growth in our church.
